JECT, a medical aesthetics practice in Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced aesthetician to provide skincare services, consultations, and treatment plans in a warm, safe environment.

You will perform facials, peels, and related treatments, educate clients on products, maintain records, and collaborate with our provider team. A CA aesthetician license and 2+ years' med spa experience are required; sales skills are a plus. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

The aesthetician is responsible for providing professional and skilled skincare services to clients. We are seeking candidates who have a thorough knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology, product ingredients, and the latest skincare techniques and trends. What You'll Own • Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their skin type and concerns. • Develop personalized skincare plans and treatment recommendations based on client needs and preferences. • Perform facials, including but not limited to deep cleansing, exfoliation, massage. • Administer peels, and other advanced skincare treatments. • Work with our Provider team to create specific treatment plans for clients. • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Address client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly. • Educate clients on products to enhance their procedures. • Maintain client records and track treatment progress. • Follow all sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products. • Ad hoc duties as defined by the business.
