Job Summary

The Aesthetician plays a crucial role in our team by delivering a range of treatments designed to enhance the health and appearance of the skin. This position involves performing facials, chemical peels, and more advanced skin care procedures based on individual patient needs and preferences.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a comfortable treatment experience.
• Provide detailed consultations to understand patient goals and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Perform various skin care services, including facials, chemical exfoliations, waxing, and more.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, adhering to OSHA standards.
• Keep accurate records of treatments and patient interactions in compliance with medical standards.
• Assist with scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments as necessary.
• Stay current with industry trends, products, and equipment to provide informed services.
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding skin care procedures and products confidently.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills.
  
  

Requirements

• State licensure as an aesthetician, in good standing;
• Minimum of two years experience as an esthetician preferred;
• Deep knowledge of skin care treatments, elective services, and related products;
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent patient care;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail;
• Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and patient management;
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both patients and team members.
