Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience with cosmetic dermatology injectables, dermal fillers, microneedling, and laser treatments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients are essential. Responsibilities include patient consultations, developing treatment plans to achieve optimal results, educating patients on benefits and risks, and charting all treatments.
