Job Summary:
The Aesthetic Wellness Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining an innovative, client-centered program to support the aesthetic needs of cancer patients at the Small Stones located in the Cancer Center. This includes referrals for fitting of breast prostheses, related garments, and wigs as well as providing on site services for head coverings, hair, skin, nail and other services. In addition the Aesthetics Wellness Coordinator is responsible for establishing and organizing community cancer wellness events, speakers and presentations. The Coordinator is also responsible for the retail product sales component and the day-to-day operations of Small Stones/Cancer Center. This includes coordinating center services, scheduling clients, recommending retail products, visual merchandising and point of sale processing. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 2 years experience in the provision of medical aesthetics services, retail and salon management, etc, in a healthcare setting with a bachelors degree OR a minimum of 3 years related experience (message therapy, salon, etc.) with proprietorship of a business providing services related to those of Small Stones or management experience in a business setting that includes working with clients, providing customer service, managing inventory, accounting, event planning, and coordination.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Retail Management, or related field is required. In lieu of formal education, see experience requirements.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
State licensed massage therapist is preferred.
