Fan to book surgical consults and guide patients through costs and scheduling. You will respond quickly, handle pricing concerns, and receive weekly coaching with a path to leadership; base pay is $5,000/mo plus $50 per qualified consult, with a potential annual range of $60k–$138k.

Qualifications

• Sold elective healthcare or similar products.
• Ability to coordinate patient journeys from inquiry to consult.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus (Mandarin or Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Turn inquiries into consults for high-ticket procedures.
• Reach every new inquiry within 5 minutes.
• Handle cost, timing and hesitation
• Book the right patients with Dr. Fan and confirm them
• Participate in weekly coaching and strive for leadership paths.
