Job summary

Monarch Plastics, Skin and Wellness is looking for a dedicated Primary Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care coordination and education for both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. This role acts as a liaison between patients and staff, managing surgical coordination and supporting the care team while ensuring a seamless experience.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with licensure in Kansas and Missouri, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. The role requires flexibility, as travel to other clinic locations may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office with a high focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage triage calls and coordinate patient financing.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care coordination and scheduling for surgeries.
• Develop rapport with patients pursuing cosmetic procedures.
• Assist and provide backup for other primary nurses as needed.
