Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking an Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our team as a Guest Experience Associate. You will educate guests on services and products, help them choose wax passes, and ensure memorable experiences that boost confidence.

You will partner with Wax Specialists to analyze guest profiles, drive sales, and participate in outreach to boost engagement in a fast-paced, empowering environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior sales and customer service experience.
• Experience with P.O.S. software.
• Experience with KPI and sales goals within a retail or beauty environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to open/close the center; key holder position.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Consistency in attendance and reliability.
• Driven, outgoing, and personable disposition.

Responsibilities

• Share the magic of our services, products, and wax passes with guests, while enhancing the Guest Experience.
• Analyze guest profiles and collaborate with Wax Specialists to maximize opportunities and sales potential.
• Participate in guest outreach to bring the experts in waxing back to the community.
