Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with KPI and sales goals within a retail/beauty environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Share the services, products, and wax passes with guests and enhance the Guest Experience.
- Analyze guest profiles and collaborate with Wax Specialists to maximize opportunities and sales potential.
- Participate in guest outreach to bring waxing experts back to the community.
