Job summary
European Wax Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking an energetic Aesthetic Sales Consultant to help guests feel confident, beautiful, and empowered. As a Guest Experience Associate, you will share service knowledge, assist with product recommendations, and drive sales in a fast-paced beauty environment.
You will analyze guest profiles, collaborate with Wax Specialists, and participate in guest outreach to bring experts back to the community.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
- P.O.S. Software experience preferred.
- Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to open/close the center; this is a key holder position.
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Share the magic of our services, products, and wax passes with guests, while enhancing the Guest Experience.
- Analyze guest profiles and collaborate with Wax Specialists to maximize opportunities and your sales potential.
- Participate in engaging guest outreach to bring the experts in waxing back to the forefront of your community.
