Job summary

European Wax Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Aesthetic Sales Consultant (Guest Experience Associate) to join a vibrant team focused on delivering exceptional guest service, introducing services and products, and empowering guests with Unapologetic Confidence.

You will analyze guest profiles with Wax Specialists to maximize opportunities, engage in guest outreach, and grow your sales potential through competitive commissions.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• P.O.S. Software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability
• Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition
