Job summary

Amazing Meds is a LegitScript-certified telehealth clinic serving adults nationwide. We’re hiring an experienced RN with an aesthetic, med spa, or integrative wellness background for a 100% remote, part-time 1099 contractor role at about 10–15 hours per week.

Responsibilities include virtual intakes, reviewing labs, and preparing care plans. You’ll work with NPs and a medical director, triage concerns, and document communications while enjoying flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted multistate RN license with Nurse Licensure Compact privileges.
• Clinical experience in an aesthetic, med spa, or integrative wellness setting.
• Hands-on experience supporting patients receiving HRT, TRT, and peptide therapy. All three are required.
• Strong nursing assessment, lab review, patient education, and triage skills.
• Experience using telehealth and secure messaging in patient care.

• Conduct virtual nursing intakes and follow-ups, reviewing medical histories, medications, symptoms, treatment response, and side effects.
• Review lab results, flag abnormal or critical values, and promptly notify the treating NP or medical director.
• Use established clinical protocols to prepare proposed care plans, including nursing observations and recommendations.
• Support patients receiving HRT, TRT, peptide therapy such as sermorelin, NAD+ and GLP-1 weight management.
• Triage patient concerns and promptly elevate urgent symptoms or findings.
• Coordinate approved next steps with patients and our clinical and administrative teams.
• Maintain documentation of assessments, recommendations, and patient communications.

$42/hour | Part-time 1099 contractor | Around 10--15 hours/week | 100% remote | Flexible schedule

You’ll be a familiar, supportive point of contact throughout treatment---checking how patients are feeling, reviewing lab results, answering questions, and preparing suggested next steps for the treating provider. Our patients are motivated and invested in their health, and you'll have an opportunity to build relationships that extend beyond a single visit.

What you’ll do

• Review lab results, flag abnormal or critical values, and promptly notify the treating NP or medical director according to established escalation protocols.
• Use established clinical protocols to prepare proposed care plans, including nursing observations, recommendations, and suggested next steps for provider review.
• Support patients receiving HRT, TRT, peptide therapy such as sermorelin, as well as NAD+ and GLP-1 medical weight management among other peptides.
• Triage patient concerns and promptly elevate urgent symptoms or findings requiring immediate attention.
• Coordinate approved next steps with patients and our clinical and administrative teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, recommendations, provider approvals, and patient communications.

How we work together

You’ll take an active role in nursing assessment, making recommendations, and proposing next steps within RN scope and established protocols. The treating provider reviews your findings, makes the final treatment decisions, and signs off before treatment changes are implemented. Diagnosis and prescribing remain with the provider.

What you’ll bring

• An active, unrestricted multistate RN license with current Nurse Licensure Compact privileges.
• Clinical experience in an aesthetic, med spa, or integrative wellness setting.
• Hands-on experience supporting patients receiving HRT, TRT, and peptide therapy. All three are required.
• Strong nursing assessment, lab review, patient education, and triage skills.
• A warm, professional communication style that helps patients feel comfortable discussing personal health concerns.
• Sound judgment, clear recommendations, and an understanding of when to elevate to the treating NP or medical director.
• Comfort using electronic medical records, telehealth platforms, and secure messaging.
• An organized, dependable approach to patient follow-up and documentation.
• Reliable availability for approximately 10--15 hours per week, reliable internet, and a private workspace suitable for confidential patient care.

Especially valuable

• Additional RN licenses in noncompact states. The more states you’re licensed and authorized to practice in, the stronger your application.
• Experience supporting patients with peptide therapies such as sermorelin, NAD+ and GLP-1 medical weight management.
