Job summary

OVME seeks an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner for a new Oklahoma City studio. You will provide personalized injectable treatments and build a client base from the ground up while upholding OVME standards.

You will collaborate with Medical Aestheticians, pursue ongoing education, and ensure compliance with medical and safety guidelines in a high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years injecting experience.
  • Licensed NP or PA in good standing.
  • Available to work 1–2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations to understand aesthetic concerns, outcomes, and medical history.
  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers) according to protocols.
  • Administer injections with attention to anatomy, symmetry and dosage.
  • Stay updated on cosmetic injectables, techniques and trends.
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans.

Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Practitioner to join the OVME team at a new and upcoming location. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a studio from the beginning, helping build a strong client base and establish OVME within the local community.

In this role, you’ll provide personalized aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other advanced services while building trusted, long-term relationships with your clients.

Our practitioners combine clinical expertise with an individualized approach to care, helping clients achieve natural, confidence-building results. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their craft, committed to continued growth and education, and excited about the opportunity to help grow a new studio alongside a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, such as Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle-reducing procedures, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications that may arise.
  • Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.
  • Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards, including infection control, product storage, and disposal procedures.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment.
  • Continuously pursue professional development and training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the field of cosmetic injectables.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise

Education / Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years of injecting experience.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.
  • Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.
