OVME Aesthetics in Houston is seeking a skilled Aesthetic Practitioner to perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as neurotoxin injections and dermal fillers. You will consult clients, tailor treatment plans, and ensure safe, precise injections in a patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years injecting experience.
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.
• Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand aesthetic concerns and medical history.
• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers) per protocols.
• Administer injections with attention to facial anatomy, symmetry, and dosage.
• Stay updated on cosmetic injectable techniques and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans; document adverse reactions.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, risks, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards including infection control.
• Uphold professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality; maintain a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, such as Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle-reducing procedures, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications that may arise.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.
• Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards, including infection control, product storage, and disposal procedures.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment.
• Continuously pursue professional development and training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the field of cosmetic injectables.

Education / Experience Requirements

• 2+ years of injecting experience.
