Austin-Weston, The Center for Cosmetic Surgery in Reston, Virginia, is seeking an Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon to join a 100% physician-owned cosmetic surgery practice in the Washington, DC metro area. Build your own patient base within an established group and pursue partnership and ownership.

Approximately 2–3 OR days and 2–3 office days per week, with mentorship and onboarding tailored to experience. Benefits include practice-paid malpractice coverage, medical and dental coverage, and CME time

Qualifications

• MD from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• ACGME-accredited plastic surgery residency.
• ABPS board certification or eligibility.
• Eligibility for Virginia licensure.
• Aesthetic fellowship training preferred for new graduates.
• Board-certified facial plastic surgeons will also be considered.

Responsabilités

Develop your practice in face, body and breast surgery, supported by experienced colleagues, an integrated office, medspa and accredited surgery center, and significant marketing and practice-building resources.

• $325,000–$375,000 base salary plus a collections-based productivity incentive.

Requirements include an MD from an accredited U.S. medical school, ACGME-accredited plastic surgery residency, ABPS board certification or eligibility, and eligibility for Virginia licensure. Aesthetic fellowship training is preferred for new graduates. Board-certified facial plastic surgeons will also be considered.

Preferred start: July–September 2027, with flexibility.
