Removery in Saint Louis Park, MN is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join our studio as the go-to laser expert. You will administer safe laser treatments, educate clients on the removal process, and support daily studio operations.

You will uphold Removery safety standards, maintain client records, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional results. This full-time on-site role requires flexibility, reliable transportation, and a patient-centric approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe laser treatments per Removery protocol.

Position Overview:

As Nurse Practitioner you are the to the go-to laser expert in this studio. Your responsibilities include administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing various laser and operational activities. We are seeking a professional who can handle routine tasks with ease and takes the utmost satisfaction in providing exceptional client experiences.

Our Laser Associate position allows you to empower clients as they embark on their tattoo removal journey, making a meaningful difference in their lives. If you are passionate about transforming lives through laser procedures, you belong at Removery!

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.
• Ensure compliance with Removery standards for safety protocol, treatment guidelines, and client information and records.
• Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture.
• Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks, as needed, to ensure smooth studio operations and client experience.
• Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements and maintain up-to-date licensing credentials.

Position Specifics:

Pay: $55-62/hr + commission
Location: 4616 Excelsior Blvd., St. Louis Park, MN 55416
Status: Full-time
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

• Tuesday:10:30am-7:00pm
• Wednesday:09:00 am – 06:00 pm
• Thursday:09:00 am – 06:00 pm
• Friday:08:30 am – 05:00 pm
• Saturday:08:30 am – 03:00 pm

Position Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered NP or PA license
• Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed.
• Effective and client centric communication style.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Out of state travel for training may be required
• Must be able to sit for hour long increments.
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively.
• High level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Strong wrist dexterity and strength with the ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
• Be able to visually assess the client’s skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
• Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements.
