Job summary

Removery, the global leader in laser tattoo removal, seeks a Nurse Practitioner to administer laser treatments and guide clients through their removal journey at the Roseville, MN studio. You will ensure safety, educate clients, and support studio operations.

This full-time role requires active NP or PA licensure, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and the ability to travel for training if needed. Competitive hourly pay plus commission and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Position Overview: As Nurse Practitioner you are the go‑to laser expert in this studio. Your responsibilities include administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing various laser and operational activities. We are seeking a professional who can handle routine tasks with ease and takes the utmost satisfaction in providing exceptional client experiences.

• Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.
• Ensure compliance with Removery standards for safety protocol, treatment guidelines, and client information and records.
• Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture.
• Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks, as needed, to ensure smooth studio operations and client experience.
• Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements and maintain up-to-date licensing credentials.

Position Specifics:

• Pay: $55-62/hr + commission
• Location: 1700 MN-36, Ste. 225, Roseville, MN 55113
• Status: Full‑time

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

• Tuesday:10:30am-7:00pm
• Wednesday:09:00 am – 06:00 pm
• Thursday:09:00 am – 06:00 pm
• Friday:08:30 am – 05:00 pm
• Saturday:08:30 am – 03:00 pm

Position Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered NP or PA license
• Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed.
• Effective and client centric communication style.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Out of state travel for training may be required
• Must be able to sit for hour long increments.
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively.
• High level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Strong wrist dexterity and strength with the ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
• Be able to visually assess the client’s skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
• Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements.
