Job summary

Pinch is recruiting Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Pennsylvania for a flexible 1099 contractor role in home-based aesthetics. Founding Providers will lead brand expansion, deliver injectables and cosmetic services, and build a personal client book with support from Pinch.

You’ll set your own schedule, work with top-market pay, and receive comprehensive overhead coverage. Responsibilities include performing tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials to the Pinch

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania APRN license is required.
• Certification in injectables or willingness to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Availability to attend in-person trainings as listed in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver at-home aesthetic treatments (tox, microneedling, chemical peels, facials) per Pinch standards.
• Build and manage your client base from Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Schedule your appointments to fit your life (average 10–20/week).
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Maintain organized, timely client records and supply management.

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Pennsylvania for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes — with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand.

Founded in Chicago, Pinch quickly became one of the top-rated med spas in the area. Now we're expanding throughout Pennsylvania, and we're looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities.

We cover the overhead — malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support — and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.

What It Means To Be a Founding Provider

Founding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities — the practitioners who help define what at-home aesthetics looks like from day one. As a Founding Provider, you will:

• Get first access to everything — events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch
• Represent Pinch where you live — building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community
• Build your own book of clients — treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community

What You'll Do

• Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards
• Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars
• Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10-20 per week
• Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals
• Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active APRN license in Pennsylvania
• Certification in injectables — or the readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• If you’re newer to injectables: availability to attend an in-person training in full (see dates below)
