Job summary

Pinch is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Maryland to join as Founding Providers delivering in-home aesthetic treatments. You will set your schedule, choose clients, and benefit from overhead coverage and top-tier pay while building your own practice.

Founding Providers lead in their communities with support from Pinch, including malpractice coverage, marketing, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland APRN license.
• Certification in injectables — or readiness to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Availability to attend in-person training dates (Baltimore, MD or Bethesda, MD).

• Deliver aesthetic treatments such as tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Build your client base and turn first-timers into regulars.
• Manage your schedule and average 10–20 client hours per week.

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Maryland for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes — with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand.

Founded in Chicago, Pinch quickly became one of the top-rated med spas in the area. Now we're expanding throughout Maryland, and we're looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities.

We cover the overhead — malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support — and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.

What It Means To Be a Founding Provider

Founding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities — the practitioners who help define what at-home aesthetics looks like from day one. As a Founding Provider, you will:

• Get first access to everything — events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch
• Represent Pinch where you live — building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community
• Build your own book of clients — treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community

What You'll Do

• Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling,
• chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards
• Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars
• Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10-20 per week
• Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals
• Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records

If you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start. Please apply only if you can attend one of the dates below in full. Already certified and experienced? You likely won't need this — but you're welcome to join.

• July 11th & July 12th — Baltimore, Maryland

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• Active APRN license in Maryland
• Certification in injectables — or the readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• If you're newer to injectables: availability to attend an in-person training in full (see dates below)
