Job summary

Pinch is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Michigan for a 1099 contractor role to grow a mobile aesthetics practice delivering tox, peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes.

You’ll have flexible scheduling, support from a national brand, malpractice coverage, and marketing tools to help you grow your client base while maintaining your autonomy.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan APRN license required.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Master Certification.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing a mobile aesthetics practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training.
• Participate in virtual trainings on peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home techniques.
• Manage client scheduling and sessions across clients' homes.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow Pinch protocols.

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa and we are looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Michigan for a 1099 contractor role who are ready to grow in aesthetics and deliver treatments like tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in the comfort of clients' homes

You will have the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and grow your practice with flexibility with the support of a nationally recognized brand

We cover everything from malpractice insurance and marketing to technology and ongoing support so you can focus on making clients look and feel their best. Pinch pays top-of-market rates for treatments and covers all overhead costs, allowing you to devote your time and energy to your clients

What You Will Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials


• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training


• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques


• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network


• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week


• Manage products and supplies responsibly


• Keep accurate and timely client records


• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices


• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support


• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business

If you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start. Please apply only if you can attend one of the dates below in full. Already certified and experienced? You likely won't need this — but you're welcome to join.

What We Are Looking For

• Required: Active APRN license in Michigan


• Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification


• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best


• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility


• Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
