Pinch Med, Inc. seeks Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Michigan for a 1099 contractor role to deliver aesthetic treatments such as tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients’ homes across Michigan.

You control your schedule, build your own client base, and benefit from Pinch’s marketing, malpractice insurance, and overhead coverage while receiving top-of-market pay and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan APRN license required.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility.
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best.
• Bonus: prior aesthetics experience or existing patient network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training.
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques.
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network.
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week.
• Manage products and supplies responsibly.
• Keep accurate and timely client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support.
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business.

What You Will Do

If you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start. Please apply only if you can attend one of the dates below in full. Already certified and experienced? You likely won't need this but you're welcome to join.

• December 5th and 6th

What We Are Looking For

• Required: Active APRN license in Michigan
• Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
