Job summary

Pinch Med, Inc. is seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Injector (APRN) in Massachusetts for a contractor role. Work at-home aesthetic treatments with flexible scheduling and comprehensive support from Pinch, including malpractice coverage and marketing resources.

Applicants must hold an active MA APRN license and have or be able to obtain an injectables certification. This is a 1099 contractor position with top-of-market pay and the freedom to grow your practice on your terms.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts APRN license required.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to grow your aesthetics practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training.
• Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques.
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network.
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week.
• Manage products and supplies responsibly.
• Keep accurate and timely client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support.
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business

We cover everything from malpractice insurance and marketing to technology and ongoing support so you can focus on making clients look and feel their best. Pinch pays top-of-market rates for treatments and covers all overhead costs, allowing you to devote your time and energy to your clients

What You Will Do

If you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start. Please apply only if you can attend one of the dates below in full. Already certified and experienced? You likely won't need this — but you're welcome to join.

What We Are Looking For

• Required: Active APRN license in Massachusetts
• Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest ingrowing your practice with flexibility
• Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
