Job summary

Health Assure Medical Associates Inc. in Lansdowne, Virginia is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our patient-focused practice. The role covers in-person consultations, injectable treatments, and creating individualized treatment plans.

We offer part-time or full-time schedules (12-40 hours per week), with compensation based on experience and opportunities for performance-based bonuses, ongoing training, and a collaborative clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Virginia Nurse Practitioner license.
• Minimum of 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience.
• Demonstrated experience performing neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments.
• Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers safely and effectively.
• Perform aesthetic laser treatments, including skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, skincare recommendations, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely patient documentation within the electronic medical record system.
• Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Build strong patient relationships that encourage retention and long-term treatment planning.
• Participate in ongoing training, education, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture.

Position Overview

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

• Neurotoxins: Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin, or Letybo.
• Aesthetic laser procedures and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Social media content creation and patient education initiatives.

Schedule & Compensation

This position is available as part-time or full-time, with an expected schedule of 12-40 hours per week across approximately 2-5 days per week.

Compensation is based on experience, with additional performance-based bonus opportunities available.
