Job summary

Southwest Women's Oncology (SWWO) seeks an RN for an Aesthetic Nurse position in Albuquerque, NM. Build partnerships with physicians and the aesthetics team to provide high‑quality, physician‑supervised cosmetic care within a clinically integrated setting.

You will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, consult with patients, and ensure safety, documentation, and exceptional patient experiences in a dynamic medical practice.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Mexico is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in aesthetics, including injectables and lasers.
• Proficiency in aesthetic techniques and facial anatomy.
• Strong interpersonal skills focused on patient care and satisfaction.
• Availability for evenings and rotating weekends (1–2 weekend days/month).

Responsibilities

• Administer injections and aesthetic treatments with high standards of safety.
• Operate Sciton laser technologies (BBL, HALO, Moxi, Clear V).
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Build lasting client relationships and represent the brand professionally.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and safety practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve services.
