Aurora Medical Spa in Columbia, MO is seeking a full-time Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN or NP) to join our in-person team. You will deliver Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers and, through our training program, learn to perform chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser treatments.

• Active RN or NP license in Missouri: current, valid, and in good standing
• Strong communication skills and genuine attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized client consultations and aesthetic assessments
• Perform Botox, Dysport, and dermal filler treatments with clinical precision and consistent, high-quality care
• Perform medical aesthetic procedures, such as chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser treatments, following completion of Aurora’s training and protocols
• Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare protocols
• Build lasting client relationships that drive retention, rebooking, and referrals throughout the Columbia area
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of all treatments and client records
• Collaborate with aestheticians, wellness providers, and front desk staff to deliver integrated client outcomes
• Contribute to a positive, professional team culture that Columbia clients notice and remember
