Maui MedSpa in Austin seeks a confident Registered Nurse (RN) Aesthetic Injector with 1–2+ years of hands‑on experience to deliver natural, personalized results. You will conduct thoughtful consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and independently perform injectable treatments within your license and clinic protocols.

The role offers an established patient base, a collaborative medical team, and comprehensive aesthetics and wellness services in a modern, upscale medspa setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas RN license.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN)

About the Role

Maui MedSpa is seeking a confident, experienced, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) Aesthetic Injector who is passionate about facial aesthetics, exceptional patient care, and delivering natural, personalized results.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of hands-on experience performing aesthetic injections and is comfortable conducting consultations, evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and independently performing injectable treatments within their scope of practice and applicable protocols.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established medical aesthetics practice with an existing patient base, collaborative medical team, and comprehensive range of aesthetic and wellness services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient anatomy, goals, medical history, and clinical appropriateness.
• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, Kybella, and other applicable aesthetic treatments within scope of practice.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, product selection, and facial balancing.
• Assess patients appropriately and determine whether they are appropriate candidates for specific treatments.
• Provide safe, ethical, patient-centered, and evidence-based aesthetic care.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, alternatives, and aftercare.
• Establish strong, long-term relationships with patients and contribute to patient retention and satisfaction.
• Recommend complementary aesthetic treatments and professional skincare when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, treatment notes, patient photography, and informed consent documentation.
• Follow medical protocols, standing orders, clinic policies, and applicable Texas laws and regulations.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Medical Director and clinic management regarding patient care and medical operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional treatment environment.
• Participate in team meetings, training, promotional events, and continuing education.
• Stay current with aesthetic techniques, products, safety protocols, and industry developments.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Prior experience as an aesthetic injector is required.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience performing aesthetic injections preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment principles.
• Experience with full-face treatment planning and facial balancing preferred.
• Experience with biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse preferred.
• Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.
• Ability to appropriately assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Professional, personable, and confident bedside manner.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and excellent patient outcomes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Medical Director and management team.
• Reliable, professional, and passionate about the medical aesthetics industry.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1+ years of aesthetic injection experience and be comfortable independently conducting consultations, developing treatment plans, and performing injectable treatments.

Schedule

Full-time weekday availability is preferred. Scheduling requirements are flexible and will be discussed based on the needs of the practice and the candidate's availability.
