Maui MedSpa in Austin, TX seeks an experienced aesthetic provider to lead consultations, develop treatment plans, and perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators and fillers. The role emphasizes safety, personalized results, and ethical care.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years of injector experience, strong facial anatomy knowledge, and the ability to manage patients independently while collaborating with the Medical Director and team.

Qualifications

• Strong consultation and communication skills.
• Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Full-face treatment planning and facial balancing preferred.
• Prior aesthetic injector experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Maintain medical records, treatment notes, photography, and informed consent.
• Educate patients on options, risks, benefits, and aftercare.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and clinic management.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education.
