Med Spa Opportunity

Location: Frisco, TX

Salary: $45-$60/hr (Depends on Experience)

Part-time, 1-2 days a week

About Us

Our client's Med Spa is a premier destination for aesthetic treatments, offering cutting-edge services in a welcoming and friendly environment. They are seeking a skilled and personable RN Injector to join their team and provide top-tier care to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures.
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Educate clients on services, post-treatment care, and product recommendations.
  • Upsell additional services and products to enhance client results and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive, friendly, and professional environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours, including 2 Saturdays per month.
Qualifications
  • Active RN license in Texas.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in injectable treatments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly personality.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with experience upselling services/products (commission opportunities available).
  • Long-term commitment to the role and team.
Work Schedule

Open Tuesday-Friday, plus 2 Saturdays per month. Flexible hours with part-time hours initially, transitioning to full-time based on performance and clinic needs.

Benefits

Benefits offered for full-time positions only. Competitive salary DOE + tiered commission or percentage-based incentives.

Contract Terms

All injectors are contracted on a 2-3 year basis.
