Job summary

Facial Aesthetics Center of Rhode Island is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our physician-led team in East Greenwich. Bring at least 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience, an active RI NP/PA license, and an established patient following to enjoy a comprehensive compensation package.

We offer a guaranteed $120/hour, up to $75,000 retention bonus, and additional 1–3% production bonuses.

Facial Aesthetics Center is seeking an experienced, talented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team.

We are looking for an established injector with a loyal patient following, a passion for delivering beautiful, natural results, and a desire to grow within a supportive, physician-led practice.

We understand the value of an experienced injector and the relationships you've built with your patients. That's why we've created a compensation package designed to reward your expertise, performance, and long-term commitment.

What We Offer

• Guaranteed $120/hour: Competitive hourly compensation for all scheduled hours.
• Up to $75,000 retention bonus: Based on employment status, paid in two installments at your first and second year anniversaries.
• Additional production bonuses: Earn 1% to 3% of gross revenue when established revenue-per-hour goals are achieved, paid quarterly.
• Flexible scheduling: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Clinical freedom: Offer a comprehensive range of injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and more, within your training and scope of practice.

Who We're Looking For
