Diamond Accelerator is opening a new aesthetics and wellness clinic in Westerly, RI. We seek a confident NP or PA to join our founding clinical team as an Aesthetic Injector.

Part-time with a clear path to full-time, offering hands-on Botox, fillers, and PRP treatments, plus growth opportunities in a modern, growth-oriented clinic environment.

Formación

• Active Rhode Island NP or PA license.
• At least 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injectable treatments.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Availability for rotating Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Perform injectable treatments, including Botox, Dysport, and other neurotoxins.
• Perform dermal filler treatments and advanced facial balancing.
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform PRP treatments and assist with blood draws.
• Use laser or energy-based devices when trained.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and ongoing plans.
• Build strong patient relationships and encourage continuity of care.
• Contribute ideas and clinical expertise as the practice develops.

Are you an experienced aesthetic injector looking for more than just another provider position?

We’re opening a new aesthetics and wellness clinic in Westerly, Rhode Island, and we’re looking for a confident Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our founding clinical team.

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved from the beginning and have a meaningful voice in how the practice grows. You’ll work closely with the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences, build lasting patient relationships, and help shape the services offered as the clinic expands.

What You’ll Earn & Receive

Your Role

As an Aesthetic Injector, you’ll provide personalized treatments while helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals. Responsibilities may include:

• Performing injectable treatments, including Botox, Dysport, and other neurotoxins

• Performing dermal filler treatments and advanced facial balancing

• Conducting thorough consultations and developing individualized treatment plans

• Performing PRP treatments and assisting with blood draws

• Using laser and energy-based technologies when trained and experienced

• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation

• Educating patients on treatment options, aftercare, and ongoing plans

• Building strong patient relationships and encouraging appropriate rebooking and continuity of care

• Contributing ideas and clinical expertise as the practice develops

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced provider who is confident clinically, enjoys working directly with patients, and is excited about being part of a growing practice.

Required:

• Active Rhode Island NP or PA license

• At least 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience

• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injectable treatments

• Comfortable working independently

• Excellent communication and patient-care skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Availability for rotating Saturdays

Preferred:

• Experience with advanced injection techniques, including lips, cheeks, jawline, and under-eye treatments

• Experience with multiple neurotoxins and dermal filler products

• PRP experience

• Laser or energy-based device experience

• A strong before-and-after portfolio or professional aesthetic social media presence

• Experience with patient retention, treatment planning, and rebooking
