Job description

As an Aesthetic Injector at LOOK – The Doctors Med Spa , you will deliver safe, effective, and personalized injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers. You will conduct thorough consultations, educate clients on treatment options, and build trusted relationships through clinical expertise and a high level of care.

Working closely with our physician-led team, you’ll contribute to a luxury client experience that reflects our commitment to safety, excellence, and natural-looking results. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive, high-end, and expanding medical spa environment.

General Accountabilities

What You’ll Do :

• Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and charting
• Educate clients on treatment options, skincare, and post-procedure care
• Collaborate with our team of providers to ensure consistency and excellence in results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

Who You Are :

• A licensed RN, NP, or PA in Kansas and / or Missouri (multi-state licensure preferred)
• Trained and experienced in aesthetic injections (1+ year preferred, but we may train the right candidate)
• Professional, polished, and confident with exceptional bedside manner
• Passionate about the aesthetic industry and committed to delivering high-quality care
• Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment
