Job summary

SkinSpirit is seeking an Aesthetic Medical Practitioner at our Biltmore location in Arizona. You will assess and provide cosmetic injections, laser therapies, and laser hair removal while ensuring patient safety and delivering exceptional results.

Licensed clinicians with clinic experience and laser expertise are preferred. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required. Learn, train, and grow within a patient-first culture with strong team support.

Qualifications

• Active RN/NP/PA/MD/DO/ND license to practice in the state of employment.
• 2+ years of experience in a clinic setting preferred.
• Laser experience preferred; existing clientele is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment processes and post-treatment care.
• Acknowledge and respond to patient questions, needs and expectations.
• Apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques.
• For mid-level providers, provide in-clinic GFE support when needed.
• Ensure patient safety at all times.
• Suggest and promote retail products and services offered at SkinSpirit.
• Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products.
• Follow established treatment protocols.
• Keep patient charts up to date; take before/after photos.
• Generate and maintain a patient base.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Occasional travel may be required to other locations for training.
