Job summary

Mend, Wellness, Aesthetics & Longevity in Pembroke Pines, FL seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to lead aesthetic, functional wellness and hormone optimization services. You will manage patient care, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and grow your personal book of business while meeting monthly production goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-time aesthetics experience, strong skills in Botox/Dysport and dermal fillers, BHRT pellet therapy, and a proven ability to drive

Qualifications

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license with current certifications.
• Minimum 3 years full-time aesthetics injecting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers.
• Competency in facial assessment, treatment planning and injectable technique.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy and weight management.
• Experience with laser/energy-based aesthetic treatments.
• Strong focus on patient safety and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic, wellness and functional health consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans across aesthetics, hormones, weight management, peptides and longevity.
• Evaluate labs and design appropriate treatment strategies.
• Manage HRT/BHRT patients including pellet therapy.
• Oversee medical weight-loss patients' plans.
• Perform Botox, Dysport and dermal filler treatments.
• Perform or supervise laser, skin rejuvenation and energy-based treatments.
• Educate patients on comprehensive options and long-term plans.
• Create long-term plans and maintain patient retention and follow-up.
• Grow an individual patient base through referrals and relationship-building.
• Meet monthly/quarterly production targets and monitor KPIs.
• Maintain clinical documentation and collaborate to improve workflows.
