CardioMender Medical Weight Loss Clinic in Pembroke Pines, FL expands its aesthetics, functional wellness and longevity practice. We seek an experienced Nurse Practitioner with clinical excellence in aesthetics, functional wellness and hormone optimization to lead patient care and grow a busy book.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive consultations, design integrated treatment plans, manage BHRT/pellet therapy and medical weight management, and perform injectables and laser/dermal

Qualifications

• Active Florida NP license and board certification for aesthetics.
• Minimum 3 years full-time experience in medical aesthetics with injectables.
• Hands-on experience with Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers.
• Experience with BHRT, hormone pellet therapy and hormone optimization.

Responsibilities

Aesthetics, Functional Wellness & Longevity Nurse Practitioner

Mend, Wellness, Aesthetics & Longevity, formerly, CardioMender Medical Weight loss Clinic. We are expanding from our established medical wellness practice into a comprehensive aesthetics, functional health, hormone optimization, medical weight loss and longevity practice. We are seeking an experienced, growth-driven Nurse Practitioner who brings a strong combination of clinical expertise, aesthetic experience, functional wellness knowledge and proven ability to build and retain a successful patient base. This is not an entry-level aesthetics position.

We are looking for an established NP who can confidently manage patients across multiple areas of aesthetic and wellness medicine while also taking ownership of personal production goals, patient retention and practice growth.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone who understands that exceptional clinical outcomes and business growth go hand in hand.

The right candidate must be able to build relationships, create comprehensive treatment plans, retain patients, generate referrals and consistently achieve individual monthly and quarterly production goals.

You should be comfortable discussing your previous performance, including the size of the patient base you have personally developed, individual production, patient retention and how you have successfully grown your book of business.

We are specifically looking for a provider who has demonstrated the ability to turn consultations into long-term patient relationships—not someone who simply performs treatments placed on their schedule. We are a very busy clinic and need someone who can keep up, who is efficient and loves helping patients look better, feel better and become the best version of themselves.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic, wellness and functional health consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating aesthetics, hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptides, wellness and longevity services when clinically appropriate.
• Evaluate laboratory results and develop appropriate wellness and hormone optimization treatment strategies within scope of practice and established clinical protocols.
• Manage appropriate HRT/BHRT patients, including experience with hormone pellet therapy.
• Evaluate and manage patients participating in medical weight-loss programs.
• Perform Botox, Dysport and other neuromodulator treatments.
• Perform dermal filler treatments using multiple products and advanced facial assessment techniques.
• Perform or oversee appropriate laser, skin rejuvenation and energy-based treatments based on training, licensure and practice protocols.
• Educate patients on comprehensive treatment options rather than focusing solely on individual procedures.
• Create long-term treatment plans designed to achieve measurable patient outcomes.
• Maintain strong patient retention, rebooking and follow-up.
• Build and actively grow an individual patient base through exceptional outcomes, referrals, relationship development and internal conversion.
• Meet established monthly and quarterly production and performance goals.
• Monitor individual KPIs, including consultation conversion, revenue production, rebooking, retention and treatment-plan acceptance
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, photography, treatment records and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to improve workflows and the overall patient journey.
• Participate in practice growth initiatives, patient education, events and appropriate marketing efforts.
• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, clinical judgment and ethical care.
• Prefer a strong social media presence as well.

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license and all applicable certifications.
• Minimum of three years of FULL-TIME experience working in medical aesthetics administering injectable treatments.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Botox, Dysport and multiple dermal filler products.
• Demonstrated competency in facial assessment, consultation, treatment planning and injectable technique.
• Previous experience with HRT/BHRT and hormone pellet therapy.
• Experience evaluating and managing medical weight‑loss patients.
• Experience with functional wellness, hormone optimization and/or longevity medicine.
• Experience with laser and/or energy‑based aesthetic treatments.
• Strong understanding of laboratory evaluation and patient monitoring related to wellness and hormone services.
• Demonstrated history of building and retaining an individual patient base.
• Proven ability to achieve measurable production and performance goals.
• Ability to discuss previous individual production, consultation conversion, patient growth and other relevant performance metrics during the interview process.
• Excellent communication, consultation and patient‑education skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety and exceptional outcomes.

Strongly Preferred

• Experience with peptide therapy, advanced functional medicine, regenerative treatments, longevity medicine, comprehensive hormone optimization and additional wellness modalities is highly preferred.
• Leadership experience or previous responsibility for growing an aesthetic or wellness service line is also highly valued.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Florida Nurse Practitioner license and current national board certification.
• Significant hands‑on experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers. ( this means you didn't just go to a weekend Botox certification class a few years ago) We are looking for a history of FULL‑TIME aesthetic experience. Min of 3 years required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working iwth GLP‑1 and medical weight loss
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with HRT
• Strong consultation skills, including the ability to assess patient goals, recommend appropriate treatments, and explain treatment plans clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to build patient relationships, retain patients, and grow an aesthetic practice.
• Ability to share recent individual production results and discuss your approach to practice growth.
• Sound clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work full-time, on‑site in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
