Job summary

Aesthetic Nexus in Texas seeks a motivated Esthetician to educate clients on the latest treatments for skin care and anti‑aging needs.

Must hold an aesthetics license with at least 3 years of experience and Laser Technician certification; strong sales, customer service, and teamwork required. This full‑time role offers $18‑$25/hr with bonus, and a busy schedule 10‑6, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Aesthetics license plus Laser Technician certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aesthetics.
• Proven sales ability to cross-sell skincare, injectables, and retail products.
• Full-time availability Mon-Fri 10:00–18:00.
• Hospitality experience is a plus; strong customer service skills.
• Maintain high level of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on latest treatments for skin care and anti-aging needs.
• Consult with clients to design individualized treatment plans.
• Perform treatments in a safe, hygienic environment.
• Assist with upselling packages and retail products.

The Role

An Esthetician who is a motivated self‑starter to educate clients on the latest and most effective treatments available for their skin care and anti‑aging needs.

Requirements

• Aesthetics license minimum 3 years experience and Laser Technician
• Proven sales ability, able to cross sell packages of skincare and injectables as well as retail products
• Maintain high level of cleanliness and organization
• Customer service experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Able to work a fulltime shift 10 to 6 Monday through Friday
• People oriented and team player
• Thrives in high pressure- stress tolerant
• Adaptable and innovative-can solve problems in unconventional ways if necessary
• Able to retain clients year after year by providing treatment plans that achieve stellar results and client loyalty
• Detail oriented, dependable and friendly
• Honest and exhibits high level of integrity when dealing with clients and staff members

Benefits
