Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a part-time Laser Hair Removal Provider to join our Idaho clinic. You will perform laser treatments, educate clients on care and outcomes, and help maintain clinical records and room readiness in a safe, supportive environment.

Join a collaborative team, manage scheduling, and contribute to patient satisfaction while adhering to safety standards and privacy regulations. Training and travel may be required for program alignment.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered PA license.
• Out of state travel for training may be required.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records.
