OVME Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to join our new Ann Arbor studio. You will provide neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments, build a client base, and grow the local OVME presence.

The ideal candidate is a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2+ years injecting experience, strong communication, and a collaborative approach with the team. This role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years injecting experience.
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to understand client concerns, outcomes, and medical history.
• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers) per protocols.
• Administer injections with attention to anatomy, symmetry, and dosage.
• Stay updated on advancements in cosmetic injectables and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate client records including treatment plans and outcomes.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians on comprehensive plans.
• Ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards, infection control, and safety.
• Uphold professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality.
• Pursue ongoing professional development.
