Job summary

Body+Beauty Lab in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA) to join our team. You will apply neurotoxins and dermal fillers with Dr. Hamadiya's natural-looking approach and mentor other clinicians as the menu expands.

This role is part-time to start (2–3 days per week) with a clear path to full-time, a strong focus on patient consultations, complication management, and building long-term relationships while staying compliant with Florida regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida APRN or PA license.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers; biostimulator experience preferred.
• Portfolio or professional social media account available for review on request.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient consultations and build treatment plans aligned with Dr. Hamadiya's natural-looking approach.
• Perform neurotoxin, dermal filler, and biostimulator treatments; train into additional modalities as offered.
• Recognize and manage complications, including vascular occlusion protocols, escalate to Dr. Hamadiya when needed.
• Build long-term patient relationships to drive rebooking and retention.
• Train in Dr. Hamadiya's techniques and stay current through education.
• Coordinate with front desk and clinic leadership to keep schedules full and ensure a consistent patient experience.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and compliant; track inventory and flag reorder needs.
• Follow Florida regulations, OSHA standards, HIPAA, and clinic protocols.

What You'll Do

• Lead patient consultations: assess facial anatomy, review medical history, set realistic expectations, and build treatment plans aligned with Dr. Hamadiya's natural-looking approach.
• Perform neurotoxin, dermal filler, and biostimulator treatments, and train into additional modalities as the clinic expands its menu.
  
• Recognize and manage complications, including vascular occlusion protocols, and upscale to Dr. Hamadiya when needed.
• Build long-term relationships that drive rebooking and retention.
• Train in Dr. Hamadiya's signature techniques and stay current through ongoing education.
• Work with front desk and clinic leadership to keep your schedule full and the patient experience consistent.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and compliant; track product inventory and flag reorder needs.
• Follow Florida regulations, OSHA standards, HIPAA, and company clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida APRN or PA license
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers; biostimulator experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of complication management, including hyaluronidase use
• Before-and-after portfolio or professional social media account available for review on request
• Current BLS certification
  
• Established patient following in the Palm Beach area a plus
