Job summary

Maui MedSpa in Austin is seeking an experienced aesthetic provider to advance our facial aesthetics program. You will conduct consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and perform injectable treatments with neuromodulators and dermal fillers, maintaining safety and ethical standards.

Join a well-established practice with an existing patient base, collaborative team, and broad range of services.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license required.
• Prior aesthetic injector experience essential.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection principles.
• Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Ability to independently manage consultations and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Maintain medical records and informed consent documentation.
• Educate patients on options, risks, benefits, and aftercare.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and management on patient care.
• Follow Texas laws, clinic policies, and safety protocols.

Job description

We are looking for a confident and experienced aesthetic provider who is passionate about facial aesthetics, patient care, and delivering natural, personalized results. The ideal candidate has prior experience with aesthetic injectables and is comfortable independently conducting consultations, developing treatment plans, and performing injectable treatments.

This is an opportunity to join an established medical aesthetics practice with an existing patient base, a collaborative team, and a broad range of aesthetic services.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient anatomy, goals, and medical history
• Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, Kybella, and other applicable aesthetic treatments
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, product selection, and facial balancing
• Evaluate patients appropriately and determine whether they are appropriate candidates for treatment
• Provide safe, ethical, and evidence-based aesthetic care
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected results, risks, benefits, and aftercare
• Establish and maintain strong patient relationships and contribute to long-term patient retention
• Recommend appropriate complementary treatments and skincare when clinically appropriate
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical records, treatment notes, photography, and informed consent documentation
• Follow medical protocols, standing orders, clinic policies, and applicable Texas laws and regulations
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinic management regarding patient care and medical operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
• Participate in team meetings, training, promotional events, and continuing education
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• Active Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Prior experience as an aesthetic injector required
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment principles
• Demonstrated proficiency with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Experience with full-face treatment planning and facial balancing preferred
• Experience with biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse preferred
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic judgment
• Ability to independently assess patients and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Professional, personable, and confident bedside manner
• Strong commitment to patient safety and ethical aesthetic practice
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the medical and management team

Ideal candidates will have 1-2+ years of experience performing aesthetic injections and be comfortable independently managing consultations and treatment plans.

Schedule

Full-time regular weekday availability preferred, schedule requirements are flexible.
