Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted Arkansas RN/NP/PA-C license.
• 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injectable experience.
• Completed injectable training/certification with facial anatomy knowledge.
• Warm, approachable chairside presence and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to educate clients and propose treatment plans without pushiness.
• Willingness to participate in social media content and marketing efforts.
• Collaborative team player with strong professional ethics.

Aufgaben

• Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments with safety and precision.
• Conduct consults, goal-setting, and treatment planning with clients.
• Create long-term plans and follow up for natural, lasting results.
• Document charts and follow clinical protocols; manage complications per policy.
• Promote memberships and skincare when aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with Lash Artists, CS Center, and Studio Manager to cross-sell services.
• Participate in social media content and educational videos.

Kenntnisse

Active Arkansas license RN/NP/PA-C
