Qualifications

• Aesthetic injecting experience is preferred; strong clinical foundations are valuable for motivated new-to-aesthetics applicants.
• Foundational proficiency in neurotoxins and HA fillers is required; micro-needling and chemical peels are a plus.
• Patient-focused care with emphasis on evaluation and informed conversation is essential.
• Maintain safety standards and sterile technique as a baseline.
• Clear, thorough documentation and communication with patients and team are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations prior to treatment and build a personalized treatment plan.
• Perform aesthetic injections including neurotoxins and HA fillers.
• Provide consultations explaining options, risks, and expected results.
• Maintain sterile technique and room hygiene; document treatments accurately.
• Schedule follow-ups and coordinate multi-step plans.
• Meet sales targets through consultative selling of treatments and products.
