Qualifications

• Credentials: Active RN license required.
• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience preferred; strong clinical foundations considered for motivated new-to-aesthetics applicants.
• Technical skills: Foundational proficiency in neurotoxins and HA fillers required; micro-needling and chemical peel experience a plus.
• Patient Focus: You listen before you inject; a great outcome starts with evaluation and conversation.
• Safety Mindset: Non-negotiable standards; maintain injection room and documentation integrity.
• Communication: Clear, warm, confident communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients prior to treatment and build personalized plans.
• Conduct thorough consultations addressing aesthetic goals and risks.
• Explain options, results, risks, and pricing clearly.
• Complete treatment plans from consultation through follow-up.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating multi-step treatments.
