Job summary

NakedMD in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our aesthetic injector team. You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and perform dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling, and chemical peels with emphasis on safety and patient well-being.

Ideal candidates have a valid nursing license, knowledge of health and safety guidelines, strong organizational skills, and a patient-centered approach. Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aesthetic nursing care and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem solving and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, including medical history, patient goals, and treatment plans with explanations of results, risks, and benefits.
• Provide aesthetic services such as dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling, and medical-grade chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, including charts, before/after photos, and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety by inspecting and maintaining a clean, hygienic injection room, equipment, and surfaces.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic concerns and overall well-being.
• Stay updated on latest aesthetic treatments and products to provide accurate information to clients.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and assist clients with scheduling and coordinating treatments.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays; assist with inventory levels.
• Must be available Fri/Sat.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits
• Perform Aesthetic Services- dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and medical grade chemical peels
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Confident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plans.
