Job summary

Destination Aesthetics™ is seeking an Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA/RN) in Folsom, CA. This full-time role offers $47–$100 per hour plus a monthly bonus and a $10,000 sign-on for injection experience.

Schedule is 40 hours per week with weekend availability, and a strong emphasis on patient safety and personalized care. Responsibilities include performing neurotoxin, neuromodulator, and filler injections, maintaining precise documentation, and adhering to HIPAA/OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Performs injections of neurotoxins, neuromodulators and fillers following clinical protocols.
• Maintains HIPAA/OSHA compliance and meticulous patient documentation.
• Requires board-certified NP/PA license; BLS/ACLS; injector certification preferred.
• Occasional travel for training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures; discuss expected outcomes and prepare treatment plans.
• Follow up with patients, chart and document care thoroughly.
• Work collaboratively with a team or as a solo provider to deliver high-quality aesthetic care.

Responsibilities:

Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (including but not limited to injecting neurotoxins, neuromodulator devices, and fillers), discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs. Some administrative duties such as following up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care. Leveraging strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high‑quality patient care. Working both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo provider.

Requirements:

Licensure & Certifications:

Board-certified NP/PA Active and in good standing state (that this role is listed in) license Active BLS or ACLS certification. Injector certification highly preferred.

Clinical Competencies:

Ability to safely administer injectable treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols. Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety. Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments. Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy including vasculature. Understanding of danger zones and high‑risk injection areas. Ability to identify and manage vascular occlusion. Knowledge of skin layers and tissue planes. Understanding of facial balancing and facial aging. Recognition and management of allergic reactions. Emergency preparedness and protocol adherence. Understanding of contraindications for aesthetic treatments.

Compliance & Documentation

Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards. Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers. Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory.

Training & Travel:

Occasional travel for training and professional development.
