Job summary

Destination Aesthetics is seeking a Board-certified NP/PA to provide cosmetic injectable services in a premier medical spa environment. You will assess patients, plan treatments, perform injections, and ensure precise documentation while delivering exceptional patient care.

The role offers competitive hourly pay, a sign-on bonus, a monthly bonus opportunity, and a schedule with open availability (including weekends) in a growing AMP network across Northern California.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP/PA with current license in good standing.
• BLS or ACLS certification active.
• Ability to safely administer injectables per state rules.
• Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique and sharps safety.
• Emergency preparedness and protocol adherence.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures including injectables.
• Discuss expected outcomes, plan treatments, and manage facial aesthetic patients.
• Follow up with patients, chart meticulously, and document care.
• Collaborate with a team while also functioning independently.

Compensation:

$47 - $100/hr + monthly bonus opportunity

Sign-On Bonus:

$10,000 sign on provided to injectors with 3 years of injection experience. $5,000 paid out after 90 days and $5,000 paid out after 6 months of employment in good standing.

Schedule/Availability:

4 0 hours per week. Open availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (including but not limited to injecting neurotoxins, neuromodulator devices, and fillers), discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs
• Some administrative duties such as following up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care
• Leveraging strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high‑quality patient care
• Working both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo provider

Requirements

Licensure & Certifications:

• Board-certified NP/PA
• Active and in good standing state (that this role is listed in) license
• Active BLS or ACLS certification
• Ability to safely administer injectable treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols
• Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety
• Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments
• Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy including vasculature
• Understanding of danger zones and high‑risk injection areas
• Ability to identify and manage vascular occlusion
• Knowledge of skin layers and tissue planes
• Understanding of facial balancing and facial aging
• Recognition and management of allergic reactions
• Emergency preparedness and protocol adherence
• Understanding of contraindications for aesthetic treatments

Compliance & Documentation

• Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
• Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
• Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory

• Occasional travel for training and professional development
