Job summary

NakedMD, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to join our aesthetic injector team. You will perform injections, evaluate patients, document care, and ensure safety while maintaining inventory and assisting with scheduling. Fri/Sat availability required.

This role offers the opportunity to work with dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and chemical peels in a patient-focused environment. A strong commitment to accuracy and patient wellbeing is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with certification to perform aesthetic procedures.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and infection control.
• Ability to manage multiple patients and tasks.
• Strong communication with patients and team.
• Valid nursing license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations including medical history, desired results, and treatment plans.
• Administer aesthetic services such as dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient charting and before/after photos.
• Prioritize patient safety by maintaining hygiene and safety in the injection room.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays; assist with inventory management.

Annual Salary Range: 75k-125k (hourly role)

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits
• Perform Aesthetic Services- dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and medical grade chemical peels
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Confident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plans.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed.
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels as needed.
• Must be available Fri/Sat

Skills

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse
