Job summary

LaserAway is hiring a Store Sales Manager in Modesto to lead clinic operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. You will coach Patient Care Coordinators, manage scheduling, and ensure performance targets are met while upholding LaserAway’s brand standards.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in high-end retail or high-touch service, with strong skills in CRM, data analysis, and consultative selling. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service with proven consultative sales and team management.
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision-making.
• Dynamic leader who thrives on talent acquisition, team development, and cross-team collaboration.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet clinic needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Success: Lead by example and coach PCCs to maximize clinic revenue.
• Manage Clinic Operations: Oversee daily scheduling and ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure a premium experience from consult to treatment.
• Optimize Revenue Growth: Track CRM initiatives and implement cross-sell, upsell, and win-back strategies.
• Uphold Brand Standards: Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and staff dress codes.
• Oversee Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians; manage performance.
• Inventory and Equipment Oversight: Manage medical inventory and maintenance of aesthetic equipment.
• Foster Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Align staffing, budgeting, and performance with Regional Directors and Operations.
• Promote Team Culture: Lead with compassion and professionalism and foster a unified team.
