Job summary

Blue Origin seeks an experienced Aerothermal Engineer in Denver, Colorado to support the development of the New Glenn launch vehicle. This role demands expertise in aerothermal analysis and CFD modeling, crucial for ensuring safe human spaceflight.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in aerothermal or thermodynamic analysis.
• Strong experience deriving space vehicle aerothermal environments.
• Experience with CFD pre- and post-processing.

Responsibilities

• Support aerodynamic and aerothermodynamic design for various spaceflight systems.
• Develop and document aerothermodynamic models for space launch vehicles.
• Analyze and verify vehicle-level aerothermal and rocket plume models.
