Qualifications

• 1–3 years of electrical testing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on hipot and continuity testing experience.
• Experience operating Cirris (or similar automated) test equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and harness drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuity, hipot and insulation resistance testing per instructions and specs.
• Set up, program, and operate Cirris test systems and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot failed harnesses and identify root causes.
• Record data and non-conformances accurately in the quality system.
• Provide on-the-floor support to production and ensure safety standards.
