Job summary

Ascent Aerospace is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the Fab and Form Department, responsible for ensuring compliance with safety protocols and achieving department goals. You'll lead a team, manage daily activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in welding, including MIG and TIG processes, and is capable of developing a driven, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience in manufacturing or welding.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a shop environment.
• Experience with steel, aluminum, and Invar 36 materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily business and department activities.
• Develop and communicate schedules and goals.
• Train employees and ensure compliance with training requirements.
• Repair and fabricate parts as needed.
