Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Weld Trainer to onboard and train new welders on GTAW-based equipment, helping develop the next generation of skilled welders in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will deliver hands-on training, mentor trainees of varying skill levels, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
This role also involves collaborating with engineers, improving welding methods, and sharing best practices across facilities. Travel may be required to support multiple sites.
We're looking for a confident Weld Trainer with demonstrated experience onboarding and training new welders to be successful welding with GTAW based equipment to join our team and help develop the next generation of skilled welders. In this role, you'll deliver hands-on training, mentor learners of varying skill levels, and ensure all trainees meet aerospace industry and organizational standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
